Federico Benevolo is graduated in Management Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano in 1995. A manager with over 25 years’ experience in multinational groups, private equity funds and family-owned businesses, specialising in strategy, restructuring and industrial development at international level with a proven track record in change management and team development. He has led transformation and growth processes in complex environments, combining industrial vision with managerial acumen.
