Refund policy
1. Scope of Application
This Policy applies to purchases of CEDS Digital and related digital products and services made through our online store.
CEDS Digital is a digital service and does not involve the delivery or return of physical goods.
2. Consumer Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase CEDS Digital as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date the contract is concluded, without providing any reason, subject to the exceptions and conditions established by applicable law.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may contact us at info@cedsmethodology.com, indicating at least:
-
Your full name;
-
The email address used for the purchase;
-
Your order number;
-
The product or licence for which you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal
Where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised within the applicable period, CEDS will refund the amount paid for the relevant licence, except as otherwise provided by applicable law.
Following withdrawal, access to CEDS Digital associated with the relevant licence will be deactivated.
3. Professional and Business Customers
The statutory right of withdrawal applicable to consumers does not apply to purchases made in the course of business or professional activities.
For professional or business customers, confirmed orders and activated licences are generally non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
-
An error attributable to CEDS in processing the order or activating the licence;
-
Failure to provide the service;
-
A defect or lack of conformity of the service for which applicable law provides a remedy;
-
A separate written agreement with CEDS.
4. Activation or Technical Issues
If you do not receive access to CEDS Digital within the communicated activation period, or if you experience a significant technical issue that prevents you from using the service, please contact us at info@cedsmethodology.com.
We will first seek to resolve the issue or restore access.
If this is not possible within a reasonable period and the requirements established by applicable law are met, additional applicable remedies, including a refund, may be provided.
5. Additional Client Pack +5
The Additional Client Pack +5 is an add-on associated with an eligible Professional licence and expires on the same date as the underlying licence.
For professional customers, once the add-on has been activated, the amount paid is generally non-refundable, except in the circumstances described in this Policy or required by applicable law.
For consumers who may be entitled to exercise a right of withdrawal, all mandatory statutory rights remain applicable.
6. Refund Method and Timing
Where a refund is due, it will be issued, where possible, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Where a consumer exercises the statutory right of withdrawal, the refund will be made within 14 days from the date on which CEDS is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw, except as otherwise provided by applicable law.
The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment service provider or financial institution.
7. Mandatory Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
